Our check-in process was smooth, and our initial room request to accommodate our kids was promptly fulfilled. Though we encountered a minor setback with a room odor issue, the responsive staff promptly relocated us, ensuring a comfortable two-day stay.Family-friendly amenities like a restful environment and accommodating housekeeping services were appreciated, although a missing breakfast option was noted. However, the presence of stained towels and bedding detracted from the overall experience, prompting us to use our personal blankets. Such oversights should be rectified promptly to ensure a more pleasant stay for future guests.The tranquility of the location coupled with essential conveniences make Super 8 a viable choice for families seeking a welcoming atmosphere in Bakersfield.
